General Information
Conference location
The Yarrawonga-Mulwala Golf Club Resort is situated on the banks of the Murray River just three hours from Melbourne and one hour from Albury airport.

Accommodation
VMBSG have reserved a number of rooms at the venue which includes both shared and non-shared options. All accommodation options are limited and will be filled on a “first-come first-served” basis. Please indicate on the booking form if you are happy to share and with whom you will be sharing.
Conference dinners
Conference dinners will be held on both Wednesday and Thursday evenings from 6pm, providing an opportunity to network with other delegates. Booking for these dinners is essential and must be completed on the registration form. Conference dinners are included in the conference registration fee.

Several organisations will feature at the conference. If your organisation is interested in being involved, please contact VMBSG for details and sponsorship opportunities.
Registration
Conference registration is for both days of the conference and includes tea/coffee on arrival, morning and afternoon tea, lunch, and conference satchel.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be submitted to VMBSG in writing and received no later than Monday 15 September and a 75% refund will be issued. If the registrant is unable to attend another person may be substituted in their place, providing VMBSG are informed in writing as soon as possible. No refunds shall be issued after Thursday 25 September.
VMBSG Membership
As one of a number of member benefits, VMBSG members receive reduced registration fees for training opportunities, including our annual State Conference. If a delegate joins or renews their VMBSG membership at the time of registration, they are eligible for the member fee discount on Conference registration.
