About our Memberships
- The VMBSG membership year spans from 1 July to 30 June.
- Membership offers many benefits, including discounted training and event registrations, and access to exclusive documentation and resources.
- Our membership process has been reviewed, and for the coming membership year, all membership applications (both renewing and new) will require the following steps to be processed:

Complete one of the Application Forms linked below to start the renewal/joining process:

Pay your invoice by the due date.
Note: Your membership invoice will be sent after your membership update form has been submitted. To be a financial member and receive the benefits associated with membership, your invoice must be paid.

Important Information
Memberships for the 2025/2026 year open and will include new Associate Membership categories.
Please remember:
Renewals are not automatic – all members must complete a new form each year
Invoices are only issued after a completed membership form
The new form will be available once the 2025/2026 membership period opens
Membership Fees Are Pro-Rated Quarterly
VMBSG membership fees are normally calculated based on the quarter in which you join:
July–September: Full annual fee (12 months)
October–December: 75% of the annual fee (9 months)
January–March: 50% of the annual fee (6 months)
April–June: 25% of the annual fee (3 months)
However, if you join in the final six weeks of the membership year, you’ll only be invoiced for one month.
