Peter is currently completing an Advanced Diploma of Building Surveying and is seeking the opportunity to shadow a licensed building surveyor or building inspector to gain practical, on-site experience. With a background as a qualified carpenter and experience in property and building assessments, including defect and damage identification for insurance purposes, Peter brings a strong practical foundation and is very comfortable on site. He is keen to build real-world exposure to inspections and better understand the role in practice, and is willing to travel anywhere in Victoria for the right opportunity.
