Paul is a Registered Building Surveyor (Unlimited) with more than 15 years’ experience across municipal and private building surveying. His previous local government experience includes serving as Acting and Deputy Municipal Building Surveyor at Merri-bek City Council, including relieving the sitting MBS during a period of long service leave and assuming full statutory responsibility for the municipality’s building functions.
