BAB Confirms Safari Structures Are Not Moveable Dwellings

In a Building Appeals Board matter heard on 28 May 2026, Weir Legal & Consulting acted for the Council in relation to safari structures constructed at a registered caravan park in Bright. The Board determined that the structures are not moveable dwellings and are therefore not exempt from the requirement for a building permit.
