Accommodation is not included in the conference registration fee – please indicate your accommodation preference below.
Both accommodation and conference registration should be added to the cart and checked out (pay by credit card or request invoice) in the same transaction.
Booking for several people? Select required option, adjust quantity if required and add to cart. Need to add several different accommodation options? After adding to cart, “Continue Shopping” and add your other options.
We have a very limited number of shared and private rooms available, and accommodation cannot be guaranteed for all delegates. Where suitable, attendees are encouraged to consider sharing so we can accommodate as many people as possible.
If you are booking for one night, please add in the notes which night you are booking for (Wednesday or Thursday). If you are booking for a group please add names and chosen accommodation options for each in the notes.
PLEASE NOTE: All on-site rooms (both single and shared) have now been allocated. Accommodation is still available at other nearby venues, and all accommodation requests will be allocated to one of these locations.
The conference venue operates a shuttle bus between the accommodation venues and the resort.
